Extremely rare pvp drop, seen this drop once only in my rvr, have 50k+ (Sneaky suspicion that that number is 500k, bad memory) rvr kills so don’t hold your breath

Random drop from rvr,got one killin a we a long time ago.I think was part of an event but the drop has never been removed from loot table.

oRvR and Scenarios - in two years i've seen it like 8 times and everytime i rolled crap. Would be nice to have it for my collection tho. Maybe i will get lucky soon, who knows
