Patch July 1, 2020 issues downloading

Takes a while for the patch to even start and when it does it usually gets "stuck" at 36%. I have restart it several times when it gets "stuck" or gives an error.

This looks like a network/ISP or server problem, however, just incase try to:
Disable all AV
Make sure the directory you all saving to is set to read and write
Rerun the launcher "as admin"
