Mara pve help

I have a 40/40 Mara and trying to figure out #1 what gear to shoot for, #2 spec

To be clear, mostly for pve solo to farm mats don't want to play long term in pvp so Vanq inv sov out of the question. Gb and or sentinel prolly ok. Possibly even bloodlord if it's really beneficial vs alternatives

#1 I've been wearing duelist with armor tali bc of the defensive proc and specced into full parry/toughness and dual 2% parry weps.

#2 full monstro atm. Have been group pulling for leveling but am now going to be pulling high level champ mobs don't think this is ideal anymore?

Is your char, scavenger?

Dok is way better for champs/heros farming

Annihilator / Mercenary sets should be ok for scavenging / butchering

I tried asking before leveling up the Mara fully about dok vs Mara and I heard both were good but kept on hearing about how Mara best farmer etc so went that route

Mara best butcher farmer (normal mobs - bats, wyverns, spiders)

Champions hit hard and heros even harder, heros do 1k - 2k damage per hit so you wont kill heros with lowbie mara
DOKs can outheal that damage easily even using low gear

Ok, back to leveling

solo pve farm is not a good idea.
high end crafting materials drop from pve dungeons, grp play. except butcher.

dps dok won't get invited to pve dungeons, unless it's guild or friends who's willing to try unusual build.
that's super rare.
mara is better at getting pve grp.

not sure what's your goal but stick to mara for dungeon farm. or change to butcher for solo farm.
both mara and dps dok are good for butcher.

if you really want solo farm champs or hero, yea dps dok.

End game gear and build for scav farmin. I farm in gb solo.
9k hp 4600-5k+ armor with potion 36-38% pary

Lowby armor stac mara -
Dominator set for armor bonus 3 pieces another set for stats (inv/sent/beast)
rr 3 anti crit, max pary you need and ws you need ~4500 armor with potion
moral 1 for pary

I dont know how dok good as farmer but on marauder i dont have a lot of problem with champion mobs (you need good gear). And i actually can solo kill hero ogre mobs in gunbad but they useless and its really long fight
and u can use monstro stance tactic to ge ini and be mor tuf becaus, i lazy and i like farm in dps build
