[Chosen] Offensive Sov 8 pc ability issue

Hi all,

having issues with the heal debuff from Off sov. Very often the ability will not actually land, merely give a global cool down and waste time and I was wondering if any other chosen had experienced this?

Sometimes it works and thats great but when it doesnt its extremely frustrating as obviously your doing nothing while trying to land the ability and Im wondering if i am doing something wrong or if the ability is bugged?
