Try this:

1) Disable all AV/malware/spyware programs
2) Ensure your WAR game directory is whitelisted and you have full read/write permissions
3) Rerun the RoRlauncher.exe as admin
4) Under settings icon, be sure to select the 64bit client

You may have to rerun the exe more than once, but the error should go away.

Hey,

if it's a fresh install, make sure you're close the torrent properly, check the Taskmanager.
Maybe restart the PC if you don't find anything.

Я никак не мог обновить клиент, писало нет прав. Собственно я на все "главные" файлу добавил разрешения полного доступа, и на самой папке снял галку только чтение. В Вин10 только чтение вроде как не снимается, я просто нажал применить сняв галку, не нажимая ОК переоткрыл папку и запустил апдейт. Все пошло.
