Healing pots

Hello, I would like to ask what is the recipe for the potent draught of recovery?? I use 200 lvl items but I get a healing potions that does almost 1500 healing

The recipe is the same, the potent versions are just what you get when you crit during the process. Doesn't happen often so you're usually stuck with stacks and stacks and stacks of the 1500 pots.
