WP Divine justice tactic replacement?

At the moment WP DPS you only got 4 slots and we all know them (haste,guilty soul,divine fury, Fanatism) That's nothing new we all know it.(unless they stack 2 talents to give one free someday?)
But here what am suggesting is to replace that useless tactic divine justice (boost dps aura POR)
With a new skill similar to Devour essence from the DOK. Like that instead of picking Sigmar shield you would pick a more oriented dps skill for the wrath tree. (DOK could replace Bloodthirst to S Shield)
Could be the same skill or a new ones which focus on single target leach...

Probably the more simple approach would be to just make the same skill but the wrath tree and give dok similar to sigmar shield.

What you guys think any ideas we could approach this?
