Rebiulding performance counters

Hi guys!
I tried to run the game but i'm getting error. I recognize it's a generic performance counter problem, but the solution i found on formu is insufficent.
-Running JeFawk's "Performance Counter Rebuilder" does not work. My pc account is set to admin, and that .exe file just opens and closes instantly, leaving no error.
-Rebuilding counters manually does not work either. Entering "cd c:\windows\system32" + "lodctr /r" prompts message like: "you need to enter lodctr /s<filename> or lodctr /r<filename>" (I can give you printscreen, but it's not in english)

Specs/you-may-want-to-know:
-Windows XP, 32bit
-Game was kept on my HD, i just downloaded RoR client. Also, I updated data.myp to file that Elven posted somewhere as solution to other problem, just in case, that it would fix my problem.
-I can get into main menu, but I can't join any server etc.

then you are probably doing something wrong

Since it's Windows XP, I'm not 100% certain on the steps to manually rebuild performance counters, but that is definitely what you need to do.

I'll just point you to a page that MIGHT help. Other than that, just google around how to manually rebuild performance counters for Windows XP, and make sure you're logged as administrator and got full rights doing so.
