Missing File

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the game installation.

I followed all the step and downloaded all the files correctly (I think).

Unfortunatly when I m on the RoR launcher when I put 'Connect' a message appears on the screen which is 'Impossible to start the program because d3dx9_34.dll is missing on your computer. Try to reinstall the program to correct the problem.'
and I don't know what does it mean and what kind of file is missing. I looked on several forums and nobody has the same problem as mine.

Please, can somebody help me ?

Acquire the .dll from this link and place it inside your Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning directory.
