all i want for christmas is that you remove xrealm lockout

it really sucks to log in and see your friend on the other side and can't join him for 86 minutes, or log in to see there is no opposition and be locked in the zerg-side for 90 min...

At the very least make it dynamic so that the timer gets shorter or removed when the opposite faction has less numbers..

Should make X realm lockout longer and make it so it's blocked when city is under siege
