I see players with event jewel but many other cat take it. It will be posible take jewel for all of us?

Iirc I think the event is bugged and people who had jewel atm got it before it became bugged I think

Afaik every 3rd and 4th reward on any quest is bugged (posted by someone else).

If you choose 1st and 2nd jewel you will get them as you usually would, if you pick 3rd jewel which is the Balistick Skill one you will get the Willpower one instead and if you pick 4th jewel you get nothing. Basically, the only un-obtainable jewel so far is the Balistick Skill one. Poor herders. :S

for those who complete the quest for the back when t2 out, there is a second quest that didn't pop ont he same npc before the firts restart after t2. That give you the blue itiems
