DC after characters screen starts to load

Hey everyone, havent played in a while and just finished updating. Now once i log in and it says "log in complete" and starts to load characters the game screen disappears and disconnects me. Has this been a problem for anyone else? Never happened when ive played in the past just looking for some advice.
