Last night I made a witch elf and got to lvl 10 but now where do I go to level any further, I am in IC and cant find any quests to level any further please help.

Kill mobs, over and over.
Or go to T2 and look for quests there.

You have to enter in the Tier 2. If you've got destro char, move to ostland or if you're order move to troll country.. On foot of course once you're there u can level up till 20 and find the flight master

If your only lvl 10 then your still in t1 mad cap in t1 is 11
