Repost for launch fail

I installed the client, unchecked the 'read only' I accidentally applied to the whole folder. RoR.exe is in the corresponding folder with War.exe. Now when I launch, I get the error text. The screen goes to the character screen, with no server list and no options except credits, settings, etc. I even added the data.myp file from the download link in a previous thread. I'm on windows 7 I believe
