Lack of roles in Order and Destro

Skilled Players

there is no lack of certain roles there just a massive amount of people playing badly

you have rr80 healers that still try to group heal from like 300m away
you have rr80 players that still hard focus guarded targets/tanks
you have rr80 players that still dont know how to guard swap or properly pick cc targets

this game has the lowest average skilled player base than any other mmo i have played and i have played quite a lot

yet i keep coming back because the base pvp is decent and getting together with 5 other players that have an idea on how to play makes going 6vs24 so much fun

Agree, people that complain about other players low skills, must be a very good and skilled player themself, and for that they deserve a recognition, the statue idea is a good one.

i know it is politically incorrect because everyone is equal, right? but i think mekal and naelar are basicly correct. even though i think the lacking of certain classes is a result of class mechanics being more conveniant here and there and therefore the easier way is played more. the question would be: how to motivate ppl to play their class right and getting better? blaming others does not motivate anyone.

No one said they weren't correct, but how can you assume to be so much better than the others and say "everyone is a low skill" or "in this game I see a lot of low skill players", taking for granted that nothing is your fault.
They are right? Yes
They aren't part of the problem? Who knows
Remember to everyone how much they are bad, will change somethings or improve them? No

Roles....uhm no. Order realm does favour ranged dps despite the slayer and WL spam.
Destro always favoured choppa and black orcs. The remaining BGs, chosens and marauders add to the portion of melee classes. However, it has nothing to do with roles because few people play their roles. Im not going into details about guard swapping because if they even use guard you are lucky and you better stay with your tank because he sure aint gonna stay with you.

Most support classes rather dps than playing their actual role in team efforts such as scenarios or warbands. Ive seen plenty of tanks go 2h in WBs and not using guard. This is a common thing and has been forever. Its not gonna change so either accept it or find a way to play without them. I rolled a WE. The playstyle suits me, I dont need to rely on others. Just assuming nobody's gonna help me when I get ganked simple as that.

It's sad, this game used to be about 8 warbands train from BO to BO and devour everything in your path. Shame we turned into small scale rvr with tanks who cant use guard
