Trade Skills

Hi there,
I just created my first character and started playing..unfortunately I wasn´t able to learn any trade skills….neither destruction nor order are able to teach me…. Just nothing happens when I click onto the button to learn a trade skill…..Now pick your choice:
1) I am too stupid and the character needs a certain level or something else is required first
2) This is a known issue and already existing in the bugtracker (I didn´t find a topic in the bugtracker like this though)
3) My PC is the reason why it´s not working..
Just to explain: I never really played Warhammer Online…when it was released I bought it and me and a couple of old WOW-friends thought about switching to WAR…but it never came to that so I might be a noob concerning WAR…
