Can't log in with one of my characters

Hi!
I can't log in with my rune priest (Ciauscolo), the character is stuck in Altdorf.
Typing 2 /stuck during loading screen doesn't work for me. Is there any other fix that i can try?

I saw your tried the "stuck" thingy, but have you already tried to type it more than 2 times.....do it as long as possible.

I saw your tried the "stuck" thingy, but have you already tried to type it more than 2 times.....do it as long as possible.

i have tried to spam /stuck while loading but dosen't work. Gm said that he checked and none of my chars results to be stuck.
I have tried to change the interface folder with one of my others characters (changing the name of the folder) and then back to the original, but that dosen't fix the problem.
It happens only with one of my characters, can't figure why. Sometimes the game crash after the loading screen, some other times the game will go back to the char selection screen, but i can't click on anything other than the "quit" button.

downloaded the game via torrent. the installation is pretty recent, I returned to the game after some time.
