Mark of Chaos?

Did anyone ever get into this game series? With the expansion you were left with access to quite a few races. It's very out of print now and difficult to acquire, but it'd be nice to know if anyone else was ever into it? Might even be possible to get some multiplayer games going?

The game is not good. It's basically a very (veeeery) downgraded "Total War" like game, but without any freedom of choice (fixed campaign path).

You know I should actually give this a fair go. I've got Medieval 2 as well.

I think Mark of Chaos is decent but some flaws are knocking it down to the dirt.

I also think MoCh had some unfortunate patches which have brought the game far from the tabletop ruleset and thus races were equally strong but some of them were more equal :-/

I enjoyed the game, it had some really fun missions. Still play it every once in a while. Never tried it in multiplayer though; i bet i would have had some fun.

The Medieval mod (Call of Warhammer) was lame. Some units were incredibly OP; i remember my first battle against Beastmen, a couple minotaurs pretty much destroyed my whole army. I uninstalled after that and went back to Battle March.

+ the only introduction movie of a game that is worth to see. Mark of Chaos is a better movie rather than Total War.

I actually picked this up in a discount sale some time ago, saw it was online multiplayer and jumped at it. Sadly i never got to try the online multiplayer as the servers were long gone but the single player was decent enough for me to finish all the campaigns.
I wonder if it is even possible to host private online battles ?

I downloaded it yesterday,it's amazing!Duels are decent,elves are very good,cinematics are good,blood and fighting is good,blood FX and Smoke fx are the best
