No Bags/Medallions On Zone Flip

Not sure how long it's been going on, it might coincide with the latest patch, but I haven't gotten any medallions or bags if I logged out prior to a zone flip, regardless of the amount of contribution. I haven't logged on any other characters or anything, so I wanted to see if perhaps someone else was noticing the same issue or I found a super neato way to erase my contribution.

Sometimes it takes hours for server to send you your tokens. I noticed this 'lag' a few months old
