WP/DoK Off-Hands

I am looking for some input for new WPs/DoKs on where to find blue or purple Tomes/Chalices. Are there any quests that amybe reward you with one? Stats don't really matter as it is mainly about the faster ressource regen on blue/purple books.

Any hints would be nice.

No quests yet give one. When influence comes out, you'll be able to get a rare (blue) chalice but before that,if you want one, just grind a couple of heroes and champs and hope for a drop. Maybe lower level heroes will be easier if there are any in T1 since you don't care about the stats.

Is there a spot where there are several champions in one place?

It depends if you're Order or Destruction as the factions really dislike people farming in their areas. I don't really know any good spots for champs so if I were you, I would just ask around in-game and hope someone helps.

I guess that there is no statement on when/if there are plans to implement those influence rewards, am I right?

plans are not yet released is guess, hope so too that we keep our inf when the inf bar and rewards are working

Why is there a t2 influence purple book with great stats for the WP and no corresponding chalice for DoK?

Given that the colour of the chalice/book makes a significant difference to SE/RF regen this shouldn't be overlooked

Also, can someone in the DB team confirm that the purple book isn't bugged like on live to give 16RF instead of 8?

It has not been overlooked. I'm sure there will be a solution.
