Yes and no

All pqs are available but none of them work past stage 1, you can still get inf for a chapter by killing mobs in pq

But the will reset to stage 1 only after server restart.

You can do them all just once after server restart, then they bug out and do not reset.

The Tier 1 Chaos PQ "Ruinous Power" was working this morning, including proper attribution of INF, moving to stage 2 after 25 militiamen kill, moving to stage 3 after 25 tombs clicked and spawing Kar'thok the bloodhowler and properly resetting after both bloodhowler and the bright wizard hero are killed. The chest does spawn but... underground. Only the sparkles can be seen from player level.
The PQ does bug out when either the BW hero is attacked and not killed during any stage - Stage 3 is considered started when the hero is attacked regardless of previous stages and can only complete with his death. I restarted the PQ a couple of times by just bringing a higher level character and killing the BW - When the PQ transition to stage 3 all INF gain stops.
Last detail: INF is properly allocated in the Tome of Knowledge but does not appear to update the INF chapter bar on main UI.
Great job, we are almost there - A timer on stage 3 resetting the PQ regardless of success after a certain time would solve the bugging.

I'm excited to see Public Quest' content get fixed at some point. It will open up a new way to spend my in-game time. Plus it is a good alternative to farming random mobs. In my opinion.

Any update on the PQ's? I love what you do here and bringing this game to life and spending your time with it. Just checking in cause it's after all a sweet detail to a brilliant world. :)

Currently the pqs in Ostland again reset After part 1. So you are capable to collect inf for the chapter gear. Some blue lvl 18 gear from wolfenburg chapter 9 Looks slightly better than calamitous green lvl 19 gear. But both less than woe gear.

But Most pqs need around 14.000 inf for the third gift . And one mob gives 50. so you only have to kill 280 of them. ;)
