Capes not showing.

So before I ignorantly report this is as a bug, I wanted to see if anyone had some insight.

When I started this game, I had no problem seeing capes on other people. After the last patch, I can't see any capes on anyone, except my own character. I've even asked a few people to toggle them for me. I can see helm visibility changes, but not capes.

The weird part, is that I do see capes on Order players, but only in SCs. And even then, they're all wearing what looks to be a Land of the Dead cape. It's crimson red-ish and has the Tomb Kings face on it. But only in SCs.

Its because Guild heralds on cloaks. Everyone choose show default heraldry on cloak and that makes the cloak only show for you and not the others.

Yeah I believe it started when 16.06.2015 dropped. Okay so I'm not the only one.

I got someone (without a guild) to toggle their cloak visibility on and off for me.
