came back to the game, cannot log in.

Hiya

Just got the urge to play again, but I am stopped at the launcher.
I cannot login, It keeps telling me "Invalid username/password.
This is after I have reset the password, and are using the one that came in the reset mail.
Does anybody have any idear, about what to do?

Are you using special characters in your password at all? The launcher doesn't like special characters, so while the password will work for the forums, the launcher rejects it.

Like previous poster said. Change the password by going into top right, clicking on your name -> User Control Panel -> Profile tab ->Edit Account Settings

And change the password to something that contains numbers and letters only.
The problem with launcher is that it uses latin-1 encoding and forums use utf-8, so symbols will make the launcher cry.

I was using the e-mail send password, but I did what you both suggested, and it worked.
So no worries.

Same here, can't use the account to login on forums or laucher and I just played last night (8 hours ago or so). And, on this account, characters are missing and this SH gear is GONE.

So yeah, still waiting on email for changing password. Seems the main account is just gone.
