What's the best way to get gear now, I haven't logged in in a while and there's been loads of new changes so any help would be appreciated

There is no best way, just play the lotto in sc's and RvR. Although Az said he was going to take a look at drop rates again today, hopefully we will see it better.

I think hes worried about people farming each other for gear drops, and is trying to find a good compromise.

Go for full clamit/conques first, then based on what class you are consider perhaps acquiring butchers gear as it provides the highest str,int,balli etc but lower armor also ch 8/9 pve inf rewards are pretty good so take a look around there

finding blue and purple gear is very difficult as the prices have shot up to like 100g or so so dont wast you money as you could save that up to buy a mount or last name
