Can't finish Greenskin T4 Epic Quest (Time to Waaagh!)

I'm at the last part of the chain, after sounding the horn at the bridge I got an instant pop up with the final quest to call out Wazgit at Bodrut's Bashin Place (CH 22) but nothing happens, horn doesn't work and I've tried all over the camp. Is it bugged or what am I doing wrong? Kinda dissapointed that its not an epic item at all but now I can't even finish it.

40 SH, there were coords in the wiki for a different camp from the quest instructions but the mob (Wazgit) is friendly to me if that matters.

the quest line was reworked with the patch today....maybe abandon the quest and retake it from the last point.

Managed to complete it this morning without abandoning, Wazgit was next to the bridge this time.
