influence bugged?

So, what influence I had is gone (was only near tier 1), and now it is stuck at 0. Known issue or?
- Currently just Snidely, 20 WH.-

Think there is problem with communication between server and client, everything is stored on server.
edit: JUst saying nothing is lose.
