Specialization skills do not appear?

My white lion spends specialization skill points, but no skills appear to be used? Why is this?

There can be different reason.

1. you didn't skill it - you need to spend an extra point on the skill itself to "buy" it. not just get up in the tree, it will not just give it when reached.
2. you don't see it on your bar - so just open your ability window and drag/drop it in. you can filter your skills by mastery trees so it should be easy to find.

Think that's it, if that both doesn't work a dev or gm should give ad.

Or the other reason is that your combat rank is not yet high enough but you manage to get +1 from gear/rr and still spec it.
