Map problem.

Hi everyone.
I have a problem with Local map i cant open it, every time its just open world map and that it i cant open local map.
I just dont know is it problem in me or its some kind of bugg?

It usually happens when the mouse scroll down button gets stuck. Try restarting the game it should solve the issue.

Well its not even that now on world maps there are no names of a regions. I try all simple things.
