Subject. What's a current BiS for Scenarios/City/Roam, etc.

City and big fights I´d say 4 Vanquisher are massively powerful - cause you buff yourself with the ws.

Solo roam, well I go Def Sov and 3 Warl.

4 pieces triumphant inclusive triumpf ring is bis for sl/wl/choppa/marauder.
bis is 5 sov or 5 warlord with 4 triumphant.
4 pieces triumphant for meele is broken af.
