Founding an Elven Archer Event- Searching a Eventleader.

I have run now the Engineer Event sometimes and today this evening.
I was asked several times why there is no human or elven version of that event.

Well if you build it, they will come.
As I'm full time into my the Bitterstone Guild and Event I'm asking for anyone of the community who wants to set this up.
You can expect help from me to set this up and depending on the shedule I might join you with a elven or human character for in Event help.

Basic Idea:
A military Unit with a command structure. A kind of Warhammer Troop Type.
The Bitterstone Thunderers are basicly dwarven Engineers, but Unit wise they represent a unit of Handgun wielding dwarfs. Of course there are Runepriests as healers in it. But you get the Idea.

So get yourself a unit from the official Lore or from the different Regions of the corresponding race.
Stay away from the offical orders of Order of the Griffon, or Oathguard. Representing them is a little over the top for my liking.

So I'm calling to anyone who wants to set up an Elven Archer Militia Unit.
All elven careers welcome but main focus is on Shadowwarriors and Archmages.
You will be the Leader and I will support you on the Events.
I have already found some elven Songs and poems to recite.

Something like Calumel Warbows comes to my mind.
That is the destroyed elven Town in Chapter 1 of the High Elfes.
Like in the Bitterstone I would say headgear is set to hidden on the events as to hold the illusion of a militia unit and not some badass helmeted shadowelfes.

So who wants to be in charge?

Really you would never see the 4 elf careers together in any of those. The only time likely is in an expeditionary force like the various hosts or during service away at one of the gates where elves from all the inner and outer kingdoms spend a portion of their military service.

The uniform and heraldry books are the best places to find units that match the games make up.

Thats why you have to take the participants out of their careers.

If you have a Militia Unit for example: Swordmasters and Lion Warriors are simply Spearmen or Militia Melee, While Shadowwarriors and Archmages would be a an archer Unit. If the People stay firm in their Career you could only find a expedition force, but that would be contradict the unit approach.

You could have one of the various famous regiments like the Reverents of Khaine or the Helhunten Redeemers which contain more than merely mixed militia. Just make up some story for them instead of just city garrison militias.

As youre staying in empire the HE would have to be from an expeditionary force or from one if the remaining old world outposts.

I have rolled yesterday a new Shadow Warrior.
Last time I played one of those there was the label beta on the release version.
But when she raised her Bow to shot an Arrow high in the air I thought that this will look great when there are 10 of them standing next to each other.

Only lvl 5 now, but it seems the career has some nice Ranged attacks and also 100 feet Range debuffs.
With the Scout tactic that is increased to 110 feet. My Engineer is already getting envious.
Also it is nice not to plant a turret every three steps.

But I can't roll full Time with the Shadowwarrior, found a guild and put the same time in that like I do for the Bitterstone Thunderers.

I think Empire classes would be best suited as a rag-tag militia unit led by some crazy warrior priest. As for the Reiksguard Knights option, why them? We already have a Knight from the Blazing Sun 'chapter'. No need to roleplay, they're ready to go.

An all-SW unit would be awesome to see, and would cause even more Destro kiddie rage.

A large unit of swordmasters would look amazing. But they're a pretty rare class.
