Got booted from game and now it wont connect?

same, connect button on the launcher is greyed out
right after we summone d the ram ><

Same. Sometimes it's not but when I click it nothing happens.

Is that a joke? Website says it's dead, im sitting here in game menu with greyed out server listing.
