Why shaman can't cleanse AM dots, while Am can cleanse shaman?? Yet Shaman has racial tactics nerfed. Can some one please shed light on this subject so I can understand better?? thanks

so, hex is applied by engie, bw and am - classes with nasty dots, and shaman can't cleanse them? seems to be unbalanced.

Everyone will always feel THERE class mistreated/Nerfed and all other classes TO Strong/Buffed, same in every MMO and will never ever change

This game was originally designed around the three faction pairings. As High Elves are the bane of the green skins in Warhammer lore they receive certain small advantages in the game. AM cleanse is one example.
MJ wanted a three faction game. High Elves would only fight green skins and vice versa until one faction locked the pairing by taking the fort. That faction could then, "invade," the other pairings.
This idea was ****-canned by GW, for better or worse.

Not sure how you'd balance it, as the mirror classes do not even apply the same debuff types so mirroring the healer cleanses would imbalance something else.
Easiest solution would be to change shaman dots from ailments to curses.
Then move choppa debuffs from curses to hexes giving destro 4/4/4 of each type to match order 4/4/4.

That doesnt sound right from lore perspective. Easiest solution would be to remove cleanse restrictions and allow every healer to cleanse any type of effect, perhaps with certain additional bonuses, general ones or if they cleanse specific type of effect. Argument could be easily made it would simplify game too much, but it also would made different cleanses closer in terms of quality. Main complaint of the topic is about AM vs Sham, but dont forget poor WP who doesnt cleanse WE/SH/Mara/Sham, 4 out of 5 destro heal inc heal debuffs, while cleaning only Chop.shoelessHN wrote: ↑Fri Apr 01, 2022 8:07 am Easiest solution would be to change shaman dots from ailments to curses.
