"Scuse Me" bugged or this is hiden shamans rebalanced?

5 Mar 2021 Scuse me was deal ~50% of tooltip but I'll Take That! deal ~150% tooltip damage
now I'll Take That! work correct but Scuse me still deal just 50%

Scuse Me is rebalanced to low damage without any explanations?

First - its not my report.
Second - "I'll Take That!" is fixed and work correct. It's been over a year. Why "Scuse Me" still bugged?
I do not believe that in a year there was no opportunity to simply change abiliti damage.
Whats why i think its hidden nefr and whats why i ask about here.

Take your tinfoil hat off, there is many abilities that are bugged or not fixed, as per the bug tracker. Their time, their fixing priority.

There's nearly 2500 bugs on the tracker, lots far more important and/or older than this one.

Its strongest dps shaman ability. No1 damage in 1/3 build. Its like sorc word of pain or magus bolt of change do just 50% of tooltip damage.

Sorc have a full ability that does nothing(obsessive focus), and its been like that since august last year. Yeah it would be lovely if abilities not working, or incorrect scaling/tooltips would be fixed as a top priority. but its volunteer work after all and very motivation driven.

I am agreeing with you, but it's their time, their fixing priority... I understand what you are saying, but it is what it is :/
