Balance : Add Dok / Wp some mobility

From the beginning, the dok and the wp were almost indestructible poles
With the nerf of the detaunt, they are only poles not so hard to kill but still completely immobile
Might be nice to add some mobility to them, I think especially by allowing Restore Essence / Divine Aid to be cast on the move
