Back, few issues

I just logged in tonight after a few years away and although it's not the biggest issue, my main character was practically naked, missing some clothes. That should be an easy fix, but I encountered a few others and thought to ask for some quick help.

Scenario button doesn't do anything. So how do I join?

(I) doesn't pull up inventory, nor does clicking on the Backpack button manually.

I can't seem to access my character abilities at all. Nor Morales. What am I missing?;

patch again or repair at launcher.
check addons and ToK armory page for gears ward.

-Try running the patcher multiple times until it doesn't download anything new.
-Deactivate or update your add-ons.
-Check the armory in your tome of knowledge, a new ward system for gear has been introduced. It requires you to complete a ward-tier to be able to equip the next tier gear.
