I'm coming back to this amazing game and i would like to know if i can do some decent solo PVE and/or PVP leveling atm, and which class is the best suited for doing that ?

Hi, well i don't know, i like both factions

for solo pvp best classes are AM/shaman and witch hunter/witch elf. if you also wanna do pve, i guess shaman/am is better choice, it has best sustain in game.

there isn't any good solo pve content though, maybe few epic quests, but that's it. dungeons and raids you need to group up with people. i guess you could do easy PQs for ruin set farm, but that's faster when done with group.

You dont need to have party for PVP leveling, because best way for this is doing scenarios.
You can queue for them solo and if you queue discorcondant scenarios you dont need worry to be overide by opposite premade parties, because discorcordant scenarios can be queued only by single or duo players. But for sure much better experience is to find some guild and friends and do PVP together.
So my meaning is play whatever you want and what enjoy you most.
