Friend Cannot access his account

I'm super excited to be back to the game after long time of absence ,

We have an issue whereas my friend couldn't be able to remember his email & password to log in & play again since long time , maybe more than 2 years .

So we appreciate your prompt support for the below issue . The character name : ( Thehealerx ) - Rune priest .

We are ready for any questions & detail that we can provide for validation purpose .

His email is the key to the account. That's what we use to verify that people trying to get account information are who they say they are. He can use the password reset with his email from the login page.

I can manually check if he sends me an email.

In the event they used some one-off email and lost access to it, then the account is considered lost.
