Recruit's ward problem

I unfortunately found out you needed the Hunter boots to complete the first fragment of the Recruit's ward, after over leveling T1. I have yet to find a work around for the problem and I've asked in game and out. Any help or known work around on how to complete this achievement would be great as I currently just got a full set of Keeper's gear I cant use and would like to be able to continue the achievement chain.

Go back and buy recruit boots from any of the sets. It doesn't matter which set you get the ward from as you can mix and match.

You only need one set-piece per ward-fragment and it doesn't matter if they are from different sets. Check the wards in your tome's armory, for each fragment the required sets are listed there.
