Problem with d/c when changing zones

Hello, recently I have been having a problem with d/c everytime I change zones. I have been clearing out my cache, settings are double checked for reliable frame rate and internet connection double checked and is good. Any suggestions on what else I can do to try to remedy this problem? Thanks.

Hey,

Could be a corrupted file. Try the repair function first (close game, start launcher, press the wheel, repair).... otherwise I would recommend a fresh install. To keep you setups, save your Interface and user folder and replace it when you are done.
