Item loss, not restored after restart

Hi all,

my Sorceress, Sistersinister (acc: masterhahn) just got stripped of everything including the book of returning.

Happened just now ... was playing fine with this char just yesterday.

Other chars on my account seem to be unaffected.

Is there any possibillity of getting stuff back?

As i see all fine with server data just w8 for your client to get right info about what u have on you.
Server DC do not count as restart...

aye this happened on me git Znot but to my relief everything (all my missing gear / inventory items) came back. idk if it was after a restart BUT i did get it all back eventually

Item restore is not possible if the items aren't there after server restart. It's a service the devs can't offer anymore.
