Disappeared characters

Hello, I'm new to the game for a week. I created a Warrior Priest as my first character. However, when I logged in today (06/10/2023), my character completely disappeared.
This bothers me quite a bit because I still had to reach level 14.
I would like to know how this happens? And if it is possible to recover it ?

And I would like to point out that I did not delete it.

I also have a screen of this character in the game and in the character selection menu (proof if a game master or developer comes by and decides to answer me).
