Possible AM tactic bug

Hello, any other AM's out there running Hurried Restore tactic and having it not insta rez nor stun you? It worked when i first equipped it, but hasn't since. I've tried re-logging, un-equipping it and re-equipping it, but it doesn't work.
Zexual - RR82 AM
Hidit - RR81 WH
Sosik - RR61 BW
Terms- RR60 SW
Sosiq - RR64 Mara

weird, it did happn to me for some time that while the res was instant it still showed the 3 sec casting bar but in fact I was stunned during that time

Yeah, something isn't right. i'm def still getting the 3 sec cast for rezz's.
