New IC quests.

Per patch notes:

"and rewards have been added to many quests which require a bit more effort. The new rewards introduced are aimed to be beneficial to both low level players and high level players. For example, you are now able to get a renown potion, new cloaks, new jewelry, and much more now."

So did anyone found the quests for cloaks, jewelry, etc?

Found one of them: "Missing Maiden" from Harr Valhal near IC flightmaster. Rewards is a lvl 18 +24 mainstat Jewerly

Will try to find the rest and make sure Tothmonra's guide is up to date
