Skill bar problem

Hello. What is this:



Something happen with my skill bar in game twice times, in scenario and random when i stay in IC.

I bet it could be from some corrupted gamefiles.

Try deleting interface.myp and/or art.myp files (rename them, one by one, to *.myp.old), then launch your game ; files should re-download.

Check ingame for each file if that fixed the issue. If not, try another file, and so on.
