Most ppl play both order and destro, so both sides are the same. Choose freely

Some people cross-realm, both factions CAN have it's 'rise' or 'fall' depending on the times, who's doing better depending on either tier 1 or 2.

There's no heav bias towards any side at the moment. Sometimes Order has 55% and des has 45%, other times des has 55% and order has 45%. The fact that people can crossrealm so easy also brings incentive to balance out the population themselves.

Order needs more players. They also need knights and warrior priests. For some reason there's very few at all North American times. Don't know about EU.

No once again this is a time of day thing population and faction shifts based on time of day so you can play any side or class and it will be all good
