Noob questions on BO

I started playing BO after the recent patch and I have some questions. Why BO's initiative is so low? With full HV set you have roughly 170 initiative and looking at the stats from other sets I don't see any significat bonus to initiative, with the exeption of Sentinel. Should I slot some Init talismans to reach 250 or some other value? I know that that the recent change to Crit chance scaling has made Init less important in Crit chance calculation... but 170 initial is damn low. Another question is about two tactics: 'Ave Another One and Dat Was Great. I play mostly solo or 3men. I would really like to sloth both tactics since they make Follow Me Lead and Wot Armor? way more efficient, but I'm really starved for tactics. Usually I slot Rugged, +160 wounds, Gud at Big chopping and as 4th tactic I switch between the punt tactic (mainly for SCs), 'Ave Another One (when i want more damage) and Dat Was Great (when I'm solo). I really feel starved for tactic slots. Loudmouth looks also very nice, does it have a standard 0.25s ICD?

Will I be able to ditch the stat tactics once I get to BiS gear?

Absolutely no need to fill in initiative at all, it's a dead stat. Get reduced chance to get crit stat from any other source instead, initiative is optimized if you get 0 from gear at the moment. It's completely linear and scales increidbly poorly, just don't think about it in any terms other than minimizing it to get more of any other stat.

'Ave Another One and Dat Was Great are junk tactics so don't bother with them. As you said, BO is starved for tactic slots as 2h so there's no room to experiment with tactics as we have to slot the mandatory ones. There aren't really any viable 2h builds for BO atm so you're better off going SnB even in smallscale.

So, for SnB BO, Ive been using wounds, toughness, big brawlin (Going da Boss to Waaagh)Like the aoe snare, and dat was great for the toughness reduction, what is recommended to replace dat was great? Ty

While on the subject, I tried wez bigger with linecracka. For some reason, i didnt feel as good in this tree as with da boss and went back to waaagh. But, with adding big brawlin, i can not reach, not in da face, so I was thinking arm breaka or would cant hit me be better? (until I get my renown higher)

Depends on if you are going Warband or smallscale.

RvR

RoR.builders - Black Orc

1 mastery point and tactic slot left over for whatever you want. Rugged, Big Brawlin' or No Choppin' Me are usually the best ones to go with. Big Brawlin' makes the mechanic harder to use in RvR and No Choppin' Me is only really worth it for a very particular party setup which isn't often used in warbands so keep that in mind. You can also go You Got Nuffin' for meme heal spec but it's pretty bad.

Smallscale

RoR.builders - Black Orc

Tactics same as above but with the punt tactic. 4th tactic your choice. Rugged and Big Brawlin' not really that useful as you won't be fighting the blob. You Got Nuffin' (in Da Toughest tree now) heal spec is more useful here and No Choppin' Me can be good if running BG, x2 physdps, sheild-dok. Can't Hit Me! is also more useful here as there won't be as many interrupts flying about, although it's still not great with the cooldown.
