IB snb balance/bug problem

I think is time to talk about snb ib, because now is a class with extreme bug problems starting with oathstone and with shield equip bug (also with other snb tank)
The problem is if u still do patches and for you the problem is zelot or msh and ib is completely **** up....while engie turret auto cancel while msh pet auto cancel...and dont fix real problems and insted u create others is not good guys! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTBioiSlpfc watch closely this video :) it will talk alone :) :D

A nearly 24 minute video? Surely you can just make a Bug Report using the appropriate method.

Bugtracker is the way to go -- concise reports help the team more quickly find the issues and get fixes into play. :)

The bug is already on the tracker and confirmed by the devs

Meanwhile you can just ignore the SnB IB cause it deals laughable damage.

The problem Is also the damage of Oathstone...avoidance parry block etc don't work vs that...only mitigable...so of u debuff armor and use oathstone as a burst method vs Someone that don't know he cant block or parry or disrupt / Dodge he GOT fuked :D ....however i already reported that on bug section but..some people think only block Is bugged in reality also damage Is broken...and on tooltip there isn't written he bypass parry block etc....i write also here to advise peps about this bad problem....plus he can stack so much block and parry imho mastery oathstone + oathbound should not be together....if ib snb can put so much damage also THX tò a bug and still be tanky like 2 welf regen put together...Remember he has two tactics for block that mitigate 20 percent damage....also 1 of them Is already Op....he cant be uber tanky and have very high at 100 grudge ...and Remember a good ib snb bis geared cant be killed in solo...he has no counter class...all class must have a counter see for example Wh have squig as counter....Slayer has dps shamy...etc etc...ib snb at the moment is hard ti kill with two good player 1v1 hes immortal and in the long run can kill anyone if the enemy dont kite properly

From what I recall from the time before the Ability Rework, Oathstone damages were not defendable for the attacker.

Also, the damages look normal to me, scaling with grudges and being increased if the target has been double Armor debuffed. If you manage to find the damage formula for the spell and show that the scaling is too strong, it will help you report, which is, for the moment, only based on your feeling.

RoR should not be balanced into 1v1 but I'm pretty sure another class can kill an S/B IB in 1v1, especially Magical RDPS.

I think all reflect damage is unavoidable: riposte, backlash, etc.

Maybe you just fought a super strong IB? An ANCESTOR perhaps?!

Thorunir is 100% right, the same block rate with reflect damage that IB has for 10 seconds. It's good to know that the devs have already taken this on board and will fix it soon. Hopefully they will also do some calculations on the damage an IB sword shield can do considering all combinations of class resource, morals, tactics and skills.

The damage of a SB tank should not be a problem to care, not even a detaunt should be wasted on a SB, which should be a support/utility class and not a dps. As you see a SB tank running at you, you just have to be afraid of CC and debuffs, not that he will kill you.

Some roamers have widely exploited the bug (and continue). If you had fixed these things earlier (not just IB) maybe it wouldn't have been necessary to hide the kill ratio so as not to offend the more sensitive (hahaha)

especially if SB IB forgets to use “hold the line”

at the moment if you have oathstone up you reflect the damage back to him, and if it's not up you use hold the line until you can put a CC on him. then if you're good and you have time to change tactics before the fight you slot avalanche on and you have 30% speed (and heals) every time you disrupt (and you are using hold the line.... :D ).
So, if u have avalanche he's dead, if not u can still survive with hold the line and maybe u still be able to catch him and destroy the skinny guy.

If the bug is fixed u do almost the same, granted damage will be only 4 "tick" of oathstone untill you will catch him.

any semi-decent IB who understood how the bug works can be a problem, if the player is good (not necessarily a pro or one of the dangerous ones) you don't stand a chance unless your class has a way to escape

Comes to think of it, how much dmg does Oathstone is actually suppose to do? Because of my magus, 2.3 k armor or so and 800 or so toughness, I pretty sure I remember 2 k or so Oathstone ticks.
