No they don't. If you see a Slayer parrying a lot of attacks he is definitely using his M1 Confusing Movements.Judarth wrote:Last time have some problem with this. SnB with strength 1 attacking a dual wield Slayer using Wild Gambit tactic has a parry cap at approx. 35-37%
EDIT: Regardless of class it is capped at 25% (really really low strength vs high weapon skill) + 10% dual wield + 1-2% from gear - 10% if attacker uses 2h

(Attacking @100 Strength assuming target has 200 base Weapon Skill Wild Gambit gives 4,5% extra parry)
Attacking @300 Strength assuming target has 200 base Weapon Skill Wild Gambit gives 1,5% extra parry
Wild Gambit parry = Not a big deal
EDIT: I exemplified for a slayer using DW and WG as they are likely to have highest parry of those mentioned
