[Online status][Tiers] - Can someone explain the info on mainpage

Hey all,

Excuse my ignorance on this one.
On the main page there is a server status and it shows the number of players online and then listing Tier 1 and then Tier 2+

I do tend to jump to the weaker side because I like to be the underdog.
But what level range is Tier 1 and what level range is Tier 2+
I get the whole this level and above for Tier 2+ I just don't know where it starts.

So any insight would be great !

T1 is 1-15 t2/3 is 16-39 and t4 is 40 only. T2/3 only matters for instanced pvp since the open rvr zones combine T2-4 into one teir.

All Warriors moving up from Tier One would be thrust into that Massive Zone of Strife and Torment for all time.

And the Masters declared all should look upon their work and tremble...
