This is amongst the most toxic communities I've ever had the displeasure of being unable to ignore. Why is it that people become such elitists in such an extremely unbalanced and bug ridden mmo environment. There's like a total of a thousand active players and at least a forth of the ones I've seen speaking from either faction are total shits.

Makes sense this community is so small. I mean on one hand you have a game people really want to play. Then your other hand is being chewed away by angsty players that can't help but personally attack whichever scapegoat appears first. What am I even playing at this point?

Because that is how all online PvP games function. If you cant handle banter, or some random guy from your team berating you for playing badly than you should probably stick to single player games or grow some skin.

I think you're mainly complaining about jokesters and loudmouths on advice chat. 1 on 1 people can be very pleasant and nice in this game; some true MMORPG players without insecurity issues or e-peen problems. Think you're mainly speaking from conjecture and taking most of it too personally, when you start asking yourself 'why am i even playing at this point'. Seeing as that rhetorical question can only be answered like this; it's because you know it's not that bad or full-blown of a problem.

Not readying past the first 5 words, because I play that game literally every single day and have for 3 years now and the community isn't in the same bracket as this ****, not even close, as can be seen by the first 2 replies to this thread.

there is a small but vocal population of players that have zero fun playing this game and instead try their hardest to be complete asses these are the people you ignore because they are just sad little men

Aside of being a dumbed down dota clone and Chinese cash grab, league uses an absolutely awful tribunal system to save money on hiring moderator staff. Which means people are basically fearful of losing their account for saying something as harmless as "GG ez". It's Nazi Germany ****.

I think we would all be better off if you didn't play. I don't see this side of the community as harshly as you do. Maybe you are just really bad? Mine craft has a great community, try that game. 10 year Olds can't talk as much trash, so you would like that game.

I don't recall saying I wasn't topping meters, winning games, or making plays. I just said the community is toxic, because of people like yourself.

Thanks to those who replied with acknowledgment to the problem. If only the ignore feature worked in the game.

I see where the OP is coming from, maybe I'm a bit biased because of certain experiences I've had on this server; each community is gonna have its own set of a-holes, I guess. Just best to ignore the jerks and keep on playing.
